The Story

Khurja blue pottery

Founded in 1962 as a cooperative of six potter families, The Khurja Collective continues a 700-year-old tradition that arrived in northern India via Persian artisans.

Every piece is wheel-thrown from quartz-rich local clay, painted free-hand with cobalt and copper oxides, and fired in shared coal kilns that still burn the way they did in the 1920s.

Shipping

Hand-packed and shipped within 3 business days from the workshop.

Guarantee

14-day inspection window. Hand-finished imperfections are part of the craft.

Provenance

Every piece ships with a signed certificate naming the maker.
